The purpose of this paper is to propose new method, named N.R 1 method to fine an optimal-solution(OS) for (TP). However, this NOOR1 method is and showed that the later produces better IBFS than the best IBFS produced by the ASM method. In 2021, Esakkiammal T. and Murugesan R. [3] proposed an innovative zero allocations approach named SOFTMIN which produces optimal solutions to most of the TPs. In 2022, Murugesan R. [5] established that the SOFTMIN method performs As the IBFS methods are heuristic in nature, change in the values of the important parameters: unit transportation cost, supply quantity, and demand quantity of the TP affect the solution. So, generating a suitable experimental design is very important for the proposed experimental study. the IBFS of transportation problems and comparison with least cost method, IJRAR, vol.7(4), pp. 132 - 135.
