RiP Cecil "Skelly" Spence of ISRAEL VIBRATION the legendary harmony trio from Kingston, Jamaica. Skelly wrote and sang some of the greatest Reggae tunes of all time including "The Same Song" "Rudeboy Shufflin" "Cool and Calm" "Strength Of My Life" & more.
