1-99 Runecrafting, by hand takes roughly 90 hours, which depending in how long you play can determine the difference between two weeks and two months. Where the hell do you get 90 hours from? It gives you 100% on your base xp so instead of 350% with skull, you get 450%. It's an increase but I don't know if it's that much of an increase to make rcing worth it.
