First, you'll need to choose ODBC as the source to load data from. To do so, click on the Data tab, then New Query button, in the drop-down menu expand From Other Sources, then choose From ODBC:. ODBC as data source. This will open a new window with a drop down menu populated with the DSNs that Excel found on the system. My current method for working with this input spreadsheet is to: Create a new Passolo project and add the 15 target languages. Split the spreadsheet into separate spreadsheets, by sheet name Import into my Passolo project. Configure the column to translate etc using the Excel Add-on. Delete the unrequired strings lists for each language. Set up the Excel spreadsheet as an ODBC data source On your Windows machine, go to Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Data Sources (ODBC). Click Add Select Microsoft Excel Driver (*.xls). Hit Finish. Give a data source name of amnu and give any description you desire (or leave it blank).
