Research Student Handbook The Postgraduate Research Support Office The Postgraduate Research Support Office takes primary responsibility for the administration and progress of your studies. PGR matters are overseen by the College Director of PGR and STEMM PGR Manager. Research Council Students only: AHRC and ESRC students, who require an extension to their submission date, must submit an application to cles-pgr-support@exeter.ac.uk or Cornwall-pgr@exeter.ac.uk. Applications must be received 3 months before the submission deadline date and will be forward to the AHRC or ESRC for approval. Applications should Nominations must be confirmed by the Internal Examiner (s), the Non-Examining Independent Chair (if one is required) and the Dean of College or Nominated Authority, before it is submitted for final approval by the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Research.
