This manual addresses ground handling services which form an integral part of the aviation system and contribute directly to flight and aerodrome safety. The content of this manual provides guidance for all stakeholders involved in the ground handling of aircraft that might impact the safety of operations. This Manual has been revised to incorporate several process changes, clarify intent in numerous areas, and address a significant number of administrative changes in the agency structure and references.
