FYI: The Glock 2009 Armorer's Manual on that site has 2 pages missing, 55 and 56. Page 55 covers locking blocks and locking block pin. Page 56 covers trigger housing pin replacement and slide stop lever replacement. What VolGrad said, the Armorer's Manuals aren't for sale through Glock, they're only issued at Armorer's courses. I can recommend a book that's as complete as the Armorer's Manual, and that is "The Complete Glock Reference Guide (3rd Edition)". You can call Glock and ask them to send you one for a Gen4. You can specify the model 23 if you want to but that won't make a difference, all of the Gen4 models share the same manual. When you call them, I think you would ask for the Warranty Department to request an owner's/instruction manual. Insert new GLOCK sight in carrier, making sure to seat new sight back against guide rail (1). Tum downward pressure screw (C) to apply slight pressure to the top of new sight, making sure white outline is facing toward the rear.
