Responsibilities:

- Preparing resumes for submission to the hiring manager

- Ensuring that all candidates are paid according to their performance

- Ensuring timely communication with all managers involved in placement decisions

- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that successful candidates are matched with appropriate roles in our organization
