I believe that this is the same as a Century II. However, when I compare the Autocontrol III panel (see photo below) to those depicted in a Century autopilot manual, it seems to match the Century IIB (just from the looks of it: Dial in the center with a button on each side). 7,902. With the power turned off, the AP ON/OFF switch and the HDG ON/OFF switch won't stay in the ON (up) position.
