This two page character sheet keeps all of your essential character crunch on one sheet and all your character's backstory, traits, allies, and enemies on another. This download includes a character sheet to be used with any Roguish 1. Bard with a "Assassin background" Rogue 3-5, Bard 15-17. This one would just be a Bard that happens to be extra good at surprising people (and extra good defensively if up to Uncanny Dodge). You could go either Valor Bard with a shield and Shield Master, or Lore Bard. 2. Assassin Gish Assassin 13 / Bard 7. Arcane Assassin : 7 30 ft. Medium (5e NPC) 1 30 feet Medium Humanoid Neutral Good Jan Valentine (JJBA Supplement) 8 30 ft. The Scout is a subclass option for the Rogue class in Dungeons & Dragons 5e. This archetype's abilities are all designed to help them stand out as a quick-moving ranged combatant. With a great deal of emphasis on exploration, combat tactics, and mobility, the Scout fills a very important role in most parties! D&D Rogue Backstory: The small town of Blinkenberg was once an active trading crossroads between many of the surrounding towns. People would come from miles around to get a bite to eat, to stock up on supplies, or to trade goods. Unfortunately, the Minotaur Wars made such travel dangerous and the flow of people stopped overnight. Actions. Multiattack. The assassin makes two shortsword attacks. Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (1d6 + 3) piercing damage plus (7d6)poison damage. The target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking the poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Light Crossbow. I made a level 5 (3 Assassin/2 Hexblade) rogue for a campaign starting at level 5. Mechanically, you lose 1 sneak attack die, but you get 1d6 from hex right away, and 1d8 from booming blade. My character's primary attribute was charisma, which gave him a +10 to intimidation because of expertise. I play a rogue assassin, i chose the human variant and took the alert feat. I use a light crossbow for my main weapon. I plan on taking crossbow expert at level 4 and after level 5, and getting that uncanny dodge and 3rd d6 for sneak, switching to fighter and taking the archery style, +2 to attack plus action surge (unhindered for crossbow by So last night Middle Finger of Vecna posted a Roguish Archetype called The Brotherhood based on the assassins from Assassin's Creed. My question is this though: to build a member of the Brotherhood in 5e is it better to use the archetype created by MFoV, some other roguish Archetype, or might the assassins not even be rogues, but a Paladin Oath? Assassins in fiction are typically presented to us as specialists. This is fitting when discussing the 5e Assassin who, whilst excellent at infiltration and assassination, lacks a broader skillset outside of these two areas. The thing is, this is a popular choice for new players. R
