RiP Cecil "Skelly" Spence of ISRAEL VIBRATION the legendary harmony trio from Kingston, Jamaica. Skelly wrote and sang some of the greatest Reggae tunes of all time including "The Same Song" "Rudeboy Shufflin" "Cool and Calm" "Strength Of My Life" & more. He suffered from polio which ravaged Jamaica in the 1950's, and met his band mates "Apple" and "Wiss" as children at the Mona Rehabilitation Clinic. He passed on from cancer at age 70 years old. A huge loss for the Reggae commUnity, Skelly will be greatly missed all around the world.
